Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings or balances voided.
3. 3Personal Use Only: Your 99obd account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you may not use any other person's account. Acting on behalf of another person, operating on behalf of a third party, or facilitating access to the platform for an ineligible individual are all prohibited.
4. 4Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your 99obd account. 2. Account Registration and Security

The following provisions govern the creation, maintenance and security of your 99obd account. Players are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all financial transactions conducted on the 99obd platform, including deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer, and all withdrawal requests.

1. 1Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on 99obd is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however 99obd may apply enhanced due-diligence checks to large transactions. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be declined and may result in account suspension.
2. 2Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are processed instantly and credited to your 99obd account balance in real time following confirmation of the mobile wallet transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the sending institution. 99obd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
3. 3Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed the relevant KYC verification steps and whose accounts are in good standing. You may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, subject to the applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. Withdrawal requests submitted to a different payment method than the deposit source may be declined.
4. 4Withdrawal Processing: 99obd endeavours to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, the volume of requests being processed at the time, and whether additional verification is required. 99obd will communicate the expected processing timeline to the player upon submission of a withdrawal request.
5. 5Currency: All transactions on the 99obd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). 99obd does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player in connection with funding their 99obd account are the sole responsibility of the player.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions available on the 99obd platform are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.

1. 1Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your 99obd account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover condition) before they can be withdrawn as cash. 5. Gameplay and Fair Use

The following provisions govern player conduct during gameplay and the use of the 99obd platform generally. 99obd is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Any behaviour that undermines the fairness or integrity of the platform will result in account action.

1. 1Prohibited Conduct: The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99obd platform: use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform; exploitation of software errors, glitches or loopholes; collusion with other players; match-fixing or any other form of sports fraud; use of stolen or fraudulently obtained payment details; and any other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over 99obd.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

99obd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account in the circumstances described below. Where an account is suspended or closed for a reason attributable to 99obd rather than the player, any genuine balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

1. 1Grounds for Suspension: 99obd may suspend your account where: a reasonable suspicion arises that your account is being used for fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity; you have breached any provision of these Terms; you have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; your account has been inactive for an extended period; or 99obd is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
2. 2Forfeiture on Breach: Where your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to prohibited conduct, provision of false information, or bonus abuse — 99obd reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit any bonus funds, and retain any winnings generated through conduct that was in breach of these Terms. 99obd will use reasonable endeavours to return any genuine deposited balance that was not derived from the offending activity.
3. 3Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 99obd account at any time by contacting 99obd support. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Voluntary account closure is distinct from self-exclusion; if you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, self-exclusion may be a more appropriate option.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99obd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the 99obd platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99obd account in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 99obd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

99obd does not exclude or limit its liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including in respect of death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or limiting any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law that cannot be excluded by agreement. 99obd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Amendments to These Terms

99obd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, 99obd will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, 99obd will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account or by way of a notification displayed on the platform upon login. Your continued use of the 99obd platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.

10. Governing Law and Contact
